Pilates is a low intensity, functional form of movement. Its advantage is that in addition to improving muscle strength, it also improves posture and flexibility. During exercise, we pay special attention to protecting the health of the spine and the body. The exercises can be done freely with your own weight, but you can also use small tools or a pilates reformer during the exercise. The form of exercise is recommended for everyone, regardless of age and fitness. It is especially useful for athletes in the late rehabilitation phase, for corrective purposes or to develop a movement pattern. A typical Pilates class is usually 45 to 50 minutes.
